1.Why do i need to pay the book fee?

Business trip always change. Once you pay the book fee, the tour guides or interpreters are deserved for you, otherwise we can not 100% sure you that the guide or interpreter you booked are available at your specified time.

2. Is this an extra pay?

No, it isn’t. We will waive this payment from your payment to Guides or Interpreters. Say, if a tour guide charge is 50 USD per day, and you pay the book fee for 10 USD, then you just need to pay the guide left 40 USD or equivalent RMB by cash.

3. If i change the itinerary to be a short one, and i pay the book fee. Can i get back my book fee?

No doubt. We will send the money back to you through Paypal.

4.How much you charge for the book fee?

We basically charge 100RMB or 16USD a day for book fee.

5.Is my payment secure?

Definitely. We charge book fee only through Paypal currently. It’s one of the most secure payment in this planet. (^_^)
