l went to Bai Yun World Leather Center for the first time this year for handbags and shoes . Here are some tips for you:

1. Leave your hotel early because it is HUUUUGEEEE!!! there 2 of them right across from each other and like l said they are huge, wear comfortable shoes, the bathrooms don’t have a commode you have to squat…..well l don’t know if you are female, cuz that will take away from the experience.

2. Wholesale prices will go anywhere from $3 to more than $100 depending on what you want and how much bargaining you do. Wholesale can be from 6 or so, l got 4 purses ‘wholesale’ because that was all she had in stock and it was close to closing time. Depending on how long you have to stay, they don’t always have the goods in stock, so you will ask first if it is in stock or on order, and order could take about 3 days or more to get the goods in from the warehouse or factory.

3. Don’t forget to take the business card from the hotel when you leave, the cab drivers don’t always know the address unless it is written in Chinese. If possible have the hotel staff either write where you are going in Chinese or tell the cab driver where you are going. And ask them how much the fare is.
